Mobile/Online Banking


Check account balances, transactions, and make loan payments using our mobile app and through williamstownbank.com.  Encrypted software ensures the safety of your information.

Our free mobile app allows you to:

  • Check your Account Balances
  • Review your Account History
  • Securely Transfer Funds between Williamstown Bank Accounts
  • Pay Bills/Add New Bills with Bill Pay
  • Debit Card Security – On/Off
  • Mobile Thumb Print Login (IOS devices only)
  • Mobile Deposit
  • P2P – Person to Person:  NOW you can send money securely with only a name and either an email, cell phone number, or debit card information

If you are a current Online/Mobile Banking customer, simply download the Mobile App and login with your current User Name and Password.

If you are not a current Mobile Banking customer, simply download the Mobile App, click ‘New User’ and complete the enrollment process. Within 24 hours someone from the bank will call to verify your information. We will then activate your Mobile Banking status.

Bill Pay

  • Pay your bills with one click

To sign up for Bill Pay in Online Banking

  1. Log into your online account and click on the ‘Bill Pay’ Tab
  2. Click the ‘Enroll Today’ button and you will be walked through the steps of setting up your payees
  3. Before the process is complete, you will be prompted to use the ‘Out Of Band Authentication’ to complete the process.

To sign up for Bill Pay in Mobile Banking

  1. Log into your mobile app and use ‘Move Money’ from the menu.
  2. Click the ‘My Payees’ tab at the top of the page and then the ‘+’ (plus sign) to add your payee
  3. You will be prompted to use ‘Bill Pay’ to add your payee.  Enter the information for the bill you will be paying.
  4. Before the process is complete, you will be prompted to use the ‘Out Of Band Authentication’ to complete the process.

  • Be cautious of what information someone can see while glancing at your device.
  • Never share your credentials with anyone.
