Report a lost or stolen Debit Card


During regular banking hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm, contact the Customer Service Department at (304) 375-6262 or (304) 485-1717.

During non-banking hours, call (304) 375-3028

If you are one who prefers not to carry cash or a checkbook, then be sure to get a Visa Debit Card you can use anywhere that accepts Visa Debit Cards.

Debit cards provide the same consumer protection as credit cards, allowing peace of mind in making your purchases. You can also use your card to get money from an ATM. If you have only a Savings Account, then you can get an ATM only card. After you complete the application, you will receive your card in seven to ten business days.

Should your Visa Debit Card get lost or stolen, please contact either office as soon as possible. If it is after regular business hours, please call (304) 375-3028 to get your card restricted.

As a security precaution, transactions originating out of the area may be flagged or declined.  If you are going to be traveling outside the area, please contact us in advance.

Visa has notified us of the following charge for International transactions:
Disclosure for VISA and/or PLUS cards:

  • A 1% (100 basis points) fee will be assessed for each International transaction. This fee may be applied whether or not there is a currency conversion.
  • This fee will be based on a rate selected by VISA/PLUS from the range of rates available in wholesale currency markets for the applicable central processing date, which rate may vary from the rate VISA/PLUS itself receives, or the government mandated rate in effect for the applicable central processing date.
