Electronic Statements/Documents are a safe, secure, and convenient way to receive your monthly statements.

By choosing e-Documents, you don’t have to worry about your statement getting lost in the mail or falling into the wrong hands.  Keep your information online where it is encrypted and less likely to be found by fraudsters and identity thieves.

Whether online or in our mobile app, following these simple steps to begin receiving your statements electronically:

  • Choose Documents from the menu
  • Agree to the Terms and Conditions
  • Verify you can open a pdf document
  • Start receiving your statement with your next available statement

In documents, you will have access to 12 months of statement history.  This will begin with your first statement and build going forward.

As always, you can continue to log into CSIeSafe to retrieve your electronic statements as well.  You will have 90 days to retrieve your statement within CSIeSafe.
