What happens if the qualifications for RealTunes Checking are not met? If you do not meet the qualifications, your ATM fees will not be refunded and no monthly ITunes credits are earned for that statement cycle.  However, your RealTunes Checking account will still function as a free checking account.  Back to Top

When does the statement cycle end? The statement cycle ends on the 11th of the month.  Should the 11th fall on a weekend or holiday, the statement will end on the first business day after the 11th.  In order to receive your rewards, all debit card transactions must be posted by the business day before the end of the cycle.  For example:  if the 11th falls on a Monday, all transactions need to be posted by Friday the 8th (since Saturday and Sundays are not business days).  Any transactions posted to your account on the 11th (or last day of the statement cycle) will be counted towards your next month's qualifications.  Back to Top

If I meet the qualifications, when will I receive my rewards?
